Wellness Classes & Workshops are bite-sized workshops that focus on strengthening women’s emotional well-being. Each month we explore a different topic with the goal of improving our understanding and gaining at least one new strategy to incorporate into our daily lives. Past topics have included positive self-talk, journaling and different forms of stress management as tools for coping with change.

Women's Drum Circle

Gillian is committed to providing a fun, supportive and inclusive environment where participants are free to experiment with their own rhythms while creating a groovy group beat. It's unique, empowering and mentally enriching activity that requires no musical experience. Beautiful things happen when we drum as One!
