About the Facilitator: Christine Larkin, CA, CBV
Christine graduated from McMaster University in 1988 with an Honours Commerce degree, obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1991 and her Chartered Business Valuation designation in 2004. She had been a partner in a firm in Calgary for several years and moved home to Muskoka in 2005 and became an associate with a national firm, before forming Westcott & Larkin Chartered Accountants with Clark Westcott in 2010.
There are two components to Chris’ practice. She is an accountant servicing owner/managed business assisting them with their bookkeeping, year-end accounting and financial statements, and their income tax returns – both corporate and personal. Christine also provides valuation services in Ontario, Alberta and Quebec completing valuations and income determinations for tax reorganizations, sales of businesses and matrimonial division of property.
Christine is former board member of a public aerospace company and Muskoka Algonquin Health Care. She is presently on the board, and treasurer, of Habitat for Humanity Muskoka.
Christine is married, has two grown children, and spends her free time travelling and enjoying all sorts of outdoor sports here in Muskoka.

The purpose of this workshop is to show you just how easy it is to manage your cash flow through the usage of various tools. After this workshop, you will be able to predict the amount of cash available to you for the years to come helping you to effectively manage your finances, whether you plan to maintain your current level of operations or are planning for a future expansion. These are valuable tools not only for use in your business, but also for your personal finances as well. The workshop will include an educational component as well as an interactive component allowing you to get hands on experience utilizing the tools available to you.
About the Facilitator: Kyla Taylor
Kyla Taylor has been recently appointed to serve at CIBC as Financial Advisor, Business in the Huntsville and Parry Sound markets. Her role is strengthened by her diverse 15 year background in Senior Retail and Banking management. In Kyla’s spare time she is raising a family of three and has established and expanded a successful small business with her husband in Muskoka. Kyla is passionate about entrepreneurship, mentoring and growth.
About the Facilitator: Kelly Millson
Kelly Millson is a graduate of Brock University where she earned a business degree with a concentration in accounting. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge on a wide variety of business topics. Kelly worked in public accounting where she gained hands on experience working with small to medium sized businesses before moving into a career in small business banking with CIBC. In her spare time during the summer months, Kelly operates her own business where she has gained valuable entrepreneurial experience of her own. Kelly brings with her a strong drive to help business owners succeed and truly enjoys having an opportunity to share her knowledge and experience with others.
