Send a Girl to Camp fundraising campaign
to support Girlz Unplugged Summer Day Camps and YWCA Youth Programs throughout the school year.
YWCA Muskoka youth programs are designed to build confidence, think critically and navigate important topics like online safety, body image, gender stereotypes and healthy relationships - all through crafts, role play, discussions, laughs and fun.
These programs don’t just support youth now — they build lasting skills young people carry with them as they grow into teens and adults.
At their core, YWCA Muskoka youth programs equip youth with tools to support their mental wellbeing and help break the cycle of gender-based violence.
Your impact doesn’t end with summer.
Your donation also supports the delivery of YWCA Muskoka youth programs throughout the school year — reaching students across the region with opportunities to build resilience, explore identity, and learn about healthy relationships and build the foundations to break the cycle of gender-based violence.

Girlz Unplugged is Muskoka!
The Girlz Unplugged program was created locally right here in Muskoka and is one of the longest running girl-centred programs in Canada. It has won an International award and the curriculum has been used across the country. Girlz Unplugged celebrates 30 years in 2024, and is officially a trademarked program!
