To our valued community members:

As you know, our charitable organization is centred around community programs for women, youth and families. And while many of our programs are temporarily postponed due to the current health crisis, our staff continues to work diligently, from home, to ensure our program participants – and all who contact us – are connected with the resources they need to get through this very uncertain time.

Do you need someone to talk to?  Please call us at 705-645-9827.

We understand how difficult this time of social isolation is for many of you.

Below are some community resources you may need:
December 6th Fund
Women’s Shelters
Muskoka Food Banks
Kids Help Phone
Simcoe Muskoka Public Health
District of Muskoka Coronavirus Information Page
Seniors Programs

YWCA Muskoka will continue to follow the directives of government
and public health officials and advise you to do the same.

We are also working with YWCA Canada to advocate for women during Covid-19. If left unchecked, the impacts of this pandemic will make it difficult for women, girls and gender-diverse people to survive, let alone thrive in society. Please visit our advocacy page for ongoing updates.

No one knows for certain what the coming weeks will bring, but know that YWCA Muskoka will continue to serve women and their families throughout Muskoka through phone and internet as best as we possibly can. And we will continue to post updates about any changes to our services here, on our website.

Wishing you and your family safety and peace of mind during this time.
