Through creative art, expression, and light movement we will explore new ways to reunite with ourselves as we navigate through the chaos that life can bring. Your time to build community, learn new strategies, and ultimately rediscover who you are in this season of life.
Let's Get Digital
Learn how to safely browse and shop the internet, stay safe using email, zoom video calling all while gaining tools to protect privacy and avoid online scams. Beyond the technical skills, this program supports independence, connection, and lifelong learning.
Figuring it out, together
Learn to better trust and care for yourself while building community with other women. Topics will include personal wellness, understanding your relationship with money, practicing mindfulness, accessing resources that actually work, engaging with your community, learning new life skills, and embracing your future.
Women in Business
Explore the concept of entrepreneurship, show you how to plan your business, and help you gather tools and knowledge on marketing, management and finance that will advise your future or that you can immediately apply to your venture. Guest presenters are a regular feature of this program.
Beginner English
Conversation Group
This program is for Newcomer and Immigrant Women in Muskoka looking to practice their English conversation skills and meet others in their community. All English skill levels are welcome!
