Y's senior programs are for women and gender diverse individuals at any age but especially for seniors. They include art workshops, financial literacy, gathering and sharing stories and building a community network. We offer these programs throughout Muskoka. Bring a friend and have some fun!

AGING WELL - A fun and engaging event celebrating healthfulness. Inspiring mature adults to live their healthiest, happiest lives.


Are you ready to embrace a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle as you age? Join us for "Aging Well" on Friday, November 15, 2024.


Funded by Ontario Seniors, presented by Bracebridge Recreation and the YWCA Muskoka, this event will be packed with insightful discussions, interactive conversations and plenty of exhibitors - all designed to engage and inform. It's your chance to focus on well-being in a truly uplifting way.
