Youth Program Facilitator


For over 30 years, YWCA Muskoka youth programs have created a fun, safe space to explore confi dence, critical thinking skills and healthy relationships. Our youth programs offer youth education and leadership skills training through our popular programs:

● Girlz Unplugged (grades 5-8)

● Girlz Choice (grades 9 –10)

● Quest boys programs (grades 5 – 9)

● Youth Co-Unite (grades 9-12)


YWCA Muskoka is looking for new facilitators to join our team! School-based YWCA youth programs run weekly for 12-14 weeks starting in October, and then begin again at the beginning of February 2026.

● Facilitators will be paid a weekly hourly rate for each program throughout the season.

● Facilitators can facilitate a combination of the programs, or one program specifi cally depending on experience and strengths.

Programs Facilitator- Women’s Wellness


YWCA Muskoka is looking for a  new Adult Program Facilitator to join our team! 


This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of wellness programs for women.  This position requires a creative self-starter who has the ability to build programming for women of all ages and situations. 


This position will work closely with a small team and is involved in all aspects of programming: booking locations, organizing supplies, weekly reports and data management.


This position could complement other part-time facilitation opportunities in YWCA youth programs.
