Hannah King
Circles Muskoka Coordinator
Hannah joined the YWCA Muskoka team in 2025, bringing a passion for creativity, equity, and an anti-oppressive, trauma informed approach. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Art Therapy.
Her professional background focuses on accessible client-centred care, working as a Personal Support Worker before transitioning to Recreation Coordinator in retirement communities. Hannah has been actively involved in local initiatives, including coordinating youth programming through the Young Adult Centre with Gravenhurst Against Poverty and facilitating grief art workshops with Hospice Muskoka. These combined experiences have shaped her commitment to fostering inclusive, safe spaces where people feel supported, empowered, and connected.
Hannah is a born and raised Muskoka local — acknowledging that she is a settler on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabeg, she is committed to ongoing learning and action toward reconciliation.
