Hannah Lin

Hannah has over 30 years experience working in non-profit organizations focussing on youth, arts education, culture and heritage. Originally from Ottawa, Hannah has a BA in English and Culture Studies from Trent University and Non-profit Management from Mount Royal University. She completed a Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation in 2021. Hannah came to YWCA Muskoka in 2005 and has been the Executive Director for the past 9 years.  

In 2014, she was awarded the Jessie Dunn Award for her outstanding contribution and advocating on behalf of children in Muskoka. She is a member of the National Young Women’s Leadership and Engagement Committee.

In addition to her role at the YWCA, she is an accomplished textile artist, loves the outdoors, big dogs, and is currently building a home with her partner. She is passionate about making opportunities,leadership development, community partnerships, and developing solutions that help women and youth overcome challenges and realize their potential.
