Sarah Kernohan

Program Facilitator

For nearly two decades, Sarah has been studying in the fields of health and wellness. As a dancer and dance instructor, Sarah has appreciated the connection between mind and body and the importance of self care. She has worked in several positions as an advocate and leader, helping others with various issues including mental, physical and emotional health. In 2014, Sarah began her formal training as a life coach and has also become a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher (MBSR).


Sarah is deeply passionate about helping people be the best version of themselves.  She believes that everyone has the ability to create a purposeful, connected and empowered life. Sarah uses tools rooted in mindfulness, awareness, consciousness and creativity to guide others back to themselves.  In her practice, she has noticed that many of us are forgetting to have a relationship with ourselves first and foremost.  Exploring personal values, finding purpose and pursuing passions are fundamental in the path back to self love and self worth.  It is from this empowered place of knowing that we can make choices that are aligned with who we truly are.  From this place, we can’t help but do great things.
